just reading this makes me want to cry out of frustration, hope, sadness, and relief... I often wondered if my porn addiction created a attention disorder in me. After trying to quit for 19 years, I silently wondered if I'd have a heart attack from abusing my body so much. I know God loves me, but I hate myself-- I had given up hope of quitting, instead thinking I'd suffer the rest of my life. I will try the ERP-- and prayer, God bless you.

- Begin attending Sex Addicts Anonymous meetings either in person or over the phone. Yes this program is not perfect. But it does provide a much needed support environment, that I personally was not able to find anywhere else.
